Idex Partnership Personality Concept
This project was a concept of a personality test that could be used to determine a company's or employee's "Partnership Power". The test would question the individual's opinions on collaborating with outside manufacturers and determine their comfort levels in partnership. The goal was to design an experience that would make the typical survey-taking process more engaging to retain a higher completion rate. In order to do this, we were careful to keep the number of questions to a minimum and to award the user with an interactive animation after answering each question.
 Process
The interactive animation was designed to be a "carrot", in other words, a means to motivate the user to move onto the next questions and complete the survey. The original concept revolved around the user building a "partnership city", with each question adding a piece. The final art direction was built in Cinema4d, using IDEX's hexogonal pattern as the base of this world. I can neither confirm nor deny that this style was inspired by a game of Settlers of Catan we played in the office.
